We’ll exchange or refund any product within 30 days as long as you haven’t worn or damaged it.
If your item was damaged upon receipt or you believe the item has a manufacturer's defect, please email us at email@example.com.
Otherwise to initiate a return: Visit our Returns page.
- Enter your email and order number (found in order confirmation email).
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose your preferred return method (Store Credit/Exchange/Refund).
- Check your email and follow authorization instructions.
- Download and print the USPS shipping label.
- Repack your items and packing list in original packaging as best as possible.
- Drop off at the nearest Post Office or Approved Postal Provider.
Please allow three weeks for your refund. You will be sent an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.If you send your item(s) back outside the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse your return or to charge a restocking fee. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders.
